UM171

UM171 is a small molecule that was initially developed to facilitate the ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), but is now also being evaluated in cancer research. UM171 small molecule from Captivate Bio is a selective agonist that binds to hematopoietic cytokines and has the ability to promote the maintenance and expansion of human primary HSCs in vitro. UM171 can be used in the biological study of hematopoietic derivation of human pluripotent stem cells in vitro.
