Flt3-Ligand (FMS-related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand) promotes the differentiation or expansion of multiple hematopoietic cell lineages including monocytes, immature dendritic cells, and early B cell lineage cells. Flt3-Ligand works in combination with other cytokines to produce the following effects:
Flt3-Ligand signals through the tyrosine kinase receptor Flt-3/Flk-2.
Applications: Hematopoietic stem cell expansion and differentiation
Cell types: Hematopoietic stem cells (HSC), NK cells, T cells
