Erlenmeyer Flasks, Vent Cap

Captivate Bio's NEST Erlenmeyer Flasks are suitable for suspension cell culture, bacterial culture, and can also be used for medium preparation, mixing, and storage. NEST Erlenmeyer Flasks are available with a flat base in 125, 250, 500, and 1000 mL volumes. This product is configured with vent caps, is sterile, and in PETG material. It has been shown that when culturing mammalian cells or insect cells, cells exhibit strong viability and high protein expression. The groove at the bottom of NEST flasks forms a vortex that accelerates the reagent flow to improve the oxygen exchange rate between the surface and the outside for higher dissolved oxygen content. The amount of culture medium should be well-controlled with about 30%-40% of the total volume of the flask.
