BIO (GSK 3 Inhibitor IX) is a potent ATP-competitive glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) inhibitor that maintains self-renewal and pluripotency in embryonic stem cells via activation of the Wnt signaling pathway in vitro. BIO also promotes proliferation and dedifferentiation in cardiomyocytes and is used in cancer research. Available in various pack sizes including bulk and custom GMP-grade material.
