Captivate Bio offers a family of bioprocessing tools including the NEST® BioFactory™ culture chambers that are compact, multi-layer flasks designed for small scale, single-use research, or commercial cell production.

Each system is designed for easy scale-up and reduced contamination risk in various cell culture applications, including the production of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, or stem cells. BioFactory culture systems are compatible with automation, individually packaged in double-layer bags, and have an unparalleled growth area compared to roller bottles and other similar systems.

Chambers are available in 2, 5, 10, and 40-layers with various wide and narrow mouth caps available for tubing solutions. Chambers are sterile and TC-treated. See the below selection guide to find your preferred specifications.
