Captivate Bio's DEPC treated water is used to reconstitute nucleic acids and/or proteins and can be used as a diluent or solvent as well as RNA, DNA, and protein applications.
Captivate Bio's DEPC treated water is a sterile filtered water. DEPC inactivates RNase enzymes in water by covalent modifications of the histidine residues. Water, DEPC treated is used for the reconstitution of lyophilized products such as oligomers, proteins, and siRNA
DEPC treated water is filtered through a 0.1 µm filter and deionized.
