WATERTOWN, Mass. — August 2023 — Captivate Bio, a company serving the life sciences industry announced it has recently moved and expanded its warehouse capacity in Watertown, MA. The new facility is located just steps from Cambridge and Boston, one of the hottest growing life sciences markets in the US. The move also marks progress towards Captivate Bio’s mission of empowering local researchers with easy and fast access to cell culture tools and custom services to help move their research forward.
The expansion includes 2,200 square feet of temperature-controlled warehouse space in a market where product storage is scarce. The new site accommodates products requiring ambient or cold reagent storage. With the warehouse fully functional, Captivate Bio is already serving its customers and actively taking on new storage clients.
Founded in 2020, the company offers contract media manufacturing, serum, cell culture media and reagents, reagent sourcing services, storage and reagent fulfillment, and commercial programs tailored to industry customers.
